The term I and we refer to this website, www.bonniesdesigns.net and Bonnie van Esch, owner. The Term you, customer and client refer to you as the customer purchasing from this web site.

Agreement must be made with these terms before the purchase of any item on this site.

Shipping and Returns 

(International customers see points 1-10, Local customers 5-11)

1. All item prices are including a basic shipment fee $7.43(USD) worked into the final price. {unless otherwise stated} Should the shipping costs be more than the basic fee included in the item cost, the customer will be billed for the further shipment fee. Should you as the customer choose not to accept to pay the further shipment fee, the transaction shall become null and void and a refund given for the said transaction. 
2.All items are sent via registered air mail service. This serves as a proof of shipment. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for parcels where the South African Postal Services has confirmed collection, as we regard this as proof that we have sent the parcel in good faith.
3. Any charges due to customs are the sole responsibility of you as the customer and you shall be required to pay for such charges, should there be any. 
4. Air mail can take anything from 7 days up to 8 weeks. If your product needs to be air mailed please be aware that no responsibility can be taken for the duration length of a product whilst in transit.
5. For products that do not arrive, an investigation will first be conducted to determine what happened to the product, last known destination and so on before any replacement will be considered. No refunds are given, only replacements.
6. Please note that your product does not arrive a replacement may be sent out via the same service as described above, depending on availability of stock. Should no stock replacement be available, something of equal value may be chosen at www.bonniesdesings.net and the said company will cover the shipping costs of such a replacement, however, any further costs such as custom fees will be the responsibility of the customer. 
7. Should the second replacement not reach the destination, the customer may request a final replacement, depending on available stock. If no such stock is available then a product of equal value may be chosen. However, all shipping costs will be billed to the customer before the product is shipped and shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
8. If your product arrives but is damaged, it is your responsibility to return the product in its damaged state in the orignal packaging. If it is damaged, please address the problem at the post office upon collection. Upon receipt of the damaged product, a full refund will be given. No product return, no refund. All such return costs shall be the full responsibility of the customer
9. It is the responsibility of the customer to collect any registered items from his or her local post office. If the item is not collected and is returned to Bonnie van Esch, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any further shipment charges to obtain the product once again {subject to availability} and no refunds are given in this instance.
10. A flat fee of R30 for economy parcels under 1KG is charged for South African orders. If the parcel exceeds 1kg or the economy packaging, you will be invoiced for the postage and liable to pay for this before the parcel is posted.
11.Shipment will be within 2 days of payment. No shipment will take place on weekends or South African public holidays as on such days, the local post office is closed. Should for any reason, shipment not be able to be done within 48 hours, you will be notified.

1.Please ensure your email address is correct supplied either via your PayPal at checkout or upon payment via EFT or bank desposit.
2.You may contact me via the contact tab on this website.
3. Please ensure the postal address you provide is accurate. No replacements or refunds will be given on products purchased that were sent to an address you provided that was incorrect.
4.If the address on your PayPal is not the address you wish your product shipped to, please contact me with the address you would like it shipped to.
5.We also ship as a gift supplied by you. Please supply correct details. This may entail some addtional fees, such as further shipment fees. you will be notified so you can make the necessary payment. Should you require a card along with your gift, this can be included for an additional fee. Please email me the wording you would like to be in the card.

Product Orders

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS LISTED ON THIS SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
Custom orders take time to make. Allow two weeks for a custom order as well as shipping duration.
A 50% non-refundable desposit fee is required on all custom orders. Upon completion of a custom order, the balance will be billed to you. This will include packaging and postage costs. Once you have paid the balance, the product will be shipped within 48 hours.

Payment

1. International customers may pay using PayPal. South African customers, paying by Rand currency, may contact me for banking details to make a direct deposit or an EFT payment. No credit card facilities are offered and no cheques accepted.
2. Goods shall only be processed once full payment has been made. A period of 24 hours is granted to make all such payments, thereafter, the purchase becomes null and void and the product is put back onto the virtual shelf. All goods remain the property of this company until paid for in full.

The purpose of this site

The primary purpose of this webiste is to provide handmade products at affordable prices. Great care has been taken to ensure prices and all information is accurate and current, however from time to time, due to human error, misprints or omissions in type may occur. 

Out of stock

www.bonniesdesigns.net and owner reserves the right to cancel an order if the item is out of stock. You will be notified by email. If a substitute is available,you will be notified.  If we are unable to ship or substitute, all monies will be credited to your account as soon as possible.

All photographs are also the property of Bonnie van Esch as well as being the photographer and are copyright and fall under the terms as stated under copyright at the outset of these terms.
Unless otherwise stated, what you see is what you get. Pleae read the product description carefully as it may require you to sate your color preference upon checkout.

Supplying a Business

As a retailer, Bonnies Designs supplies directly to the consumer. However we also supply small businesses with products.
As a small business we mean craft shop, scrap booking shop or stationary shop. Please supply the name, address and telephone number of your business when placing orders.
All products are posted with the Bonnies Designs packaging. It is preferable to leave the original packaging on, however, you may remove the product from the packaging to re-sell in your own packaging.(Packaging refering to the cellpane wrapper and paper topper with the Bonnies Designs logo) Please note however, that no logo's, stamping or stickers with the Logo of Bonnies Designs may be removed from any product of this store. 
Please respect the original creative source of these products when re-selling my products
through your small business.
